During this stage, we configure DMS ERP to streamline workflows and meet the defined requirements of your business. Some of the key tasks include: 

• Review and document current business processes
• Identify areas for improvement and design new processes
• Define and map data requirements for each process  
• System tailoring: items, GL, user configuration, etc.   
• Develop customizations and integrations, if necessary  

Training & Testing

• Verifying data integrity and accuracy

Go Live & Ongoing Support

During this final stage, you will be equipped to start reaping all of the benefits our software has to offer through an official go live. Your dedicated Implementer will always be available if any uncertainties arise as you begin utilizing DMS ERP. Once live, we dedicate a Success Manager to ensure your business continues to operate seamlessly and experiences ongoing success.
