Once an Implementor is assigned, we transition to the business modeling stage. The purpose of this stage is to gather crucial information through either in-person or virtual meetings with all of your key project stakeholders. These meetings will be used to: 

• Define your product Champion 
• Understand your business workflows 
• Identify any gaps in your current operations
• Gather financial report formats

Data Gathering

During the Data Gathering stage, we will collect master files directly from your team. Examples include chart of accounts, vendors, inventory, and other important business data. From there, your Implementor will work their magic to: 

• Process, massage, and upload the information
• Define appropriate user roles
• Tailor locations, currencies, and warehouses

Training & Testing

We take pride in training your team to the point where they can confidently dive into the robust features and functionalities of DMS ERP. This is why we built our software training with all potential users in mind. Training is also offered on-site or virtually with sessions focused on: 

• Educating your product Champion
• Sharing operational best practices
• Providing specific user training and certifications
• Testing the software to ensure it exceeds your business requirements

Go Live & Ongoing Support

During this final stage, you will be equipped to start reaping all of the benefits our software has to offer through an official go live. Your dedicated Implementor will always be there if any uncertainties arise as you begin utilizing DMS ERP. Once Live, we dedicate a Success Manager to ensure your business continues to operate seamlessly and experience ongoing success.
