This feature enables your team to quote jobs using available inventory, historical data, and costs from your CRM. Turning a quote into a rental order has never been easier because once you win the work, this feature will automatically initiate the inventory allocation and scheduling process.
Flexibility
The Rental Module is very flexible when it comes to creating a customer invoice. For example, with the click of your mouse, a copy of the original rental can be recopied to a new location if it happens to change. In addition, when the equipment is returned to your location, either the entire or pre-set portion of the cleaning and inspection charges can be easily applied to the final invoice.
Efficiency
Produce delivery tickets, return tickets, as well as bill of lading (tickets) to efficiently transport rental equipment to your customer’s site. Entering your rental items once on a customer’s rental order means that you never have to re-record this information on the delivery, return, and dispatch tickets.
Fleet Management
